Description

Huma Bhabha's sculptural installation We Come in Peace (2018) at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, DC in 2022. A tall human-like figure made of bronze and painted with black, light blue, and red sits in the middle of a stone plaza. There are a face and crude body features carved into the sculpture. Behind the sculpture are a concrete wall, several trees, and the main Hirshhorn museum building.
