Description
English: Installation Photograph of Women Artists 1550-1950, an exhibition installed at the Brooklyn Museum October 1, 1977 through November 27, 1977. The exhibition was shown previously at the Los Angeles County Museum, December 23, 1976 - March 13, 1977; the University of Texas at Austin, April 12 - June 12; and the Museum of Art, Carnegie Institute, Pittsburgh, July 14 - September 4. It was curated by Dr. Ann Sutherland Harris and Dr. Linda Nochlin.


Among the paintings on this picture is Pauline Auzou's The First Sense of Coquetry / Le premier sentiment de coquetterie
