DescriptionWoodlark House of Welcome hotel (Portland, Ore.), Dec. 2018 - 1.jpg
The Woodlark House of Welcome hotel (in Portland, Oregon) when newly opened, in December 2018. The hotel is composed of two buildings that were constructed more than a century earlier and were extensively renovated for the hotel project: The 1912 Woodlark Building (at left, in background) and the 1908 Cornelius Hotel. Both buildings are listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. A tall sign for the new hotel can be seen affixed to the corner of the nearer building.
