There seems to be an issue with the Han unified characters in this file - some environments will display the Chinese glyphs (which look wrong to Japanese users), and others will display the "correct" Japanese glyphs. E.g. On Windows 8.1, opening this graphic in Chrome shows the wrong Chinese glyphs, but Firefox displays most of them correctly. I'm not an expert on this but I wonder if the solution is as simple as adding a "lang=ja" attribute somewhere so environments that pick that up will show the correct glyphs?
