Scanning an image or taking it from another webpage dose not creates a new copyright that can be tagged {{pd-self}}. However, this image is probably {{pd-old}}, which is why I didn’t tag it for deletion under {{puf}}. However, when the author is unknown the image must be at least 120 years old making or prior to 1890. However, the description “19th century print” brings this up 1900. So the up loader needs to provide more information about author or actual print date.--ARTEST4ECHO talk 13:30, 21 September 2010 (UTC)
