As a brazillian, I believe that the flag which is currently used to represent the State of Tocantins is wrong, now the design, but the colours that are being used, the actual flag of Tocantins, has a top-left blue stripe, and a yellow star and bottom-right stripe, the current file got the blue right, but replaces the yellow star and stripe with an orange star and stripe. The constitution clearly describes the colours of the flag as "blue" and "yellow", and this uses blue and orange. If you search the flag of Tocantins being used in official government events in Brazil, all of the results are gonna show a bright yellow being used instead of this dark orange.

I would like to make an edit request, to all the orange colored parts of the flag of Tocantins, to be replaced with a bright yellow.

As a brazillian, I believe that the current file for the flag of the State of Tocantins is wrong, not the design, but the colours that are being used, the constitution of Brazil clearly describes the colours of this flag as blue and yellow, and although this file got the blue right, it replaces the yellow which is commonly bright, with a dark orange, I would like to make an edit request for the orange colored star and bottom-right stripe, to be replaced with a bright yellow colored star and a bottom-right stripe, right in the format of these images that these sites presents:
