This image is technically incorrect, and at the very least inconsistent with other similar compounds on Wikipedia. Specifically, the lone pair on Bromine isn't shown, yet it is drawn as triginal pyramidal. If you look up Chlorate, ClO3 (1-), you'll see the lone pair.
