Contested deletion

This file should not be speedy deleted as having an invalid fair-use claim, because 1) this is not a "Commercial Source" where NFCC#2 would otherwise come into effect and 2) it is being used properly as the primary image of identification for a notable product. --MASEM (t) 18:10, 4 October 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion also applies if the file has a "clearly invalid copyright tag". This applies, for example, if an unfree photo of a building uses the copyright tag {{non-free logo}}. This file had a clearly invalid copyright tag (it stated that the logo was a cover), so it seemed to satisfy WP:CSD#F7 when the file was tagged. However, I have corrected the copyright tag, so the file no longer appears to satisfy the criteria for WP:CSD#F7. --Stefan2 (talk) 19:59, 4 October 2013 (UTC)
