Rename[edit]

A photograph of the Lares revolutionary flag of 1868, also known as the "First Puerto Rican Flag" in Puerto Rico.

Please rename this file to "Flag of Lares (1868)". You see this is the Revolutionary Flag of Lares used in the "El Grito de Lares" revolt against Spanish rule in 1868. The current flag used by the municipality of Lares and adopted in 1956 has a "yellow" star instead of the "white" star. Thank you Tony the Marine (talk) 22:30, 17 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
