Flickr comparison

A similar version of this image is also at http://www.flickr.com/photos/nothlit/29529244. I've declined the speedy for several reasons. Because the uploader usernames here and at Flickr are the same, it's quite likely that they're the same person, and as such the proper thing to do would be to tag for lack of evidence of permission. However, if you consult the Flickr and Commons images closely, you'll see that there are many small differences that could not result from a crop and reduction of the Flickr image. They're obviously taken at the same time; the little person wearing white on the far left edge is conclusive. However, check the slightly different perspectives on the buildings — some lines that are parallel in the Flickr image aren't quite parallel in the Commons image. Between the usernames and the perspective, I suspect that the same person took two pictures from similar angles in quick succession, uploaded one to Flickr, and the other to Commons.
