Erroneous and nonsensical Danzig border on map

Why is the former German Baltic port of Danzig marked with a border as if it is another country? In the Wilhelmine Germany it was not a place with a special status or anything, it was just another port town with a Polish minority. After the First World War it became a League of Nations administered zone and during the German invasion of Poland it was annexed again to Germany. I suggest removing that border from this map as it makes no sense whatsoever nor it adds info to it.
