Just a note and wondering...under U.S. law taking pictures of a public domain image does not qualify for copyright, or even "licensing" (such as the GNU license this is supposed to be under), but rather the images are in the public domain (Museums are freaked-out about this because they withhold collections and take pictures of them to publish in books for revenue and the courts ruled that these images aren't protected); so does this image, then, lose protection and fall into public domain?
