This version you have created is based on the nuns at Ypres who recreated the banner in the early 20th century. That banner is currently on display at the artillery school in Ireland. Not too sure the blue center would be accurate, perhaps green to reflect the Irish troops homeland. On the Ypres nuns flag the color is faded and could be blue or green. I have never laid eyes on it in person so not sure. I believe the banner would be more square than rectangle as well. Based on another award banner given to the Irish after Fontenoy, the written discriptions and this Ypres flag I have also created my version of the banner.
