Which Side is Which?[edit]

Stupid question but are the people in black the Huguenots or the soldiers? From the right side of the image, it looks as if the people in the multi-coloured clothes are rushing in with weapons, as if they are the soldiers storming the church service but some of them are also fleeing/hiding in the rafters of the roof. Also, one of the people in multi-coloured clothes is holding a baby. Can someone please explain which side is which? 66.187.239.16 (talk) 00:33, 9 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
