I'm uploading this again. The consensus was KEEP. SixFourThree (talk) 16:32, 7 October 2008 (UTC)SixFourThree[reply]

I think this is PD, per Template:PD-textlogo. Unless there is a good argument to the contrary, I am going to retag it as such. Postdlf (talk) 22:03, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is NOT the Yankees hat Logo!! It is the away Jersey logo, the hat logo is the thinner letters designed by tiffany! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ceeleone (talkcontribs) 15:24, 31 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

@Ceeleone: Do you have more information about this, backed by a verifiable reliable source? Thank you.   — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 17:53, 29 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

UH, Yes Sure, my reliable source is the New York Yankees, Look at ANY picture of any Yankee hat, and you will see a different logo on the hat than this one, which is their home jersey logo. Its pretty obvious, they do not have home and away hats, they wear one hat all season long with the exception of spring training and sometimes batting practice, but even then the logo stays the same, the logo was designed by Tiffany and co to honor the first New York City police officer to be killed in the line of duty
