This imaginative artist's depiction of the separation of Pangea is not correctly based from any scientific evidence. It is solely an artistic animation. -- Unsigned

Quite honestly, this is an incredibly deceiving and stupid animation. It is implying that the shapes and sizes of the continents have been entirely preserved. It's even showing that the Great Lakes existed within the Pangea! This should be removed from the main page. -- User:Mcshadypl

The image needs to be redone to be more scientific. It doesn't even show how part of the US was below sea level for awhile and, just as Mcshadypl said, the great lakes didn't always exist.
