Am I failed in my assertion that the person who actually shot this photo is patently dead? Burning plutonium is supposed to produce fine powder oxides which fly into your lungs and you end like Mr. Litvinenko. Not a good way to end!

Mr Litvinenko was killed by polonium, not plutonium 68.147.202.222 (talk) 19:40, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn't matter. You could "end like Mr. Litvinenko" with plutonium or polonium. Tim Q. Wells (talk) 05:44, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Plutonium is not nearly as toxic as polonium. --Mr.98 (talk) 16:24, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It's undoubtedly taken through the port of a glovebox. So yes, you are probably wrong about them being dead. --Mr.98 (talk) 16:24, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wow. A red-hot radioactive metal in a shoebox? 24.201.244.60 (talk) 12:01, 20 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
