Bad map description[edit]

Although, the map itself could be useful describing historic territories inhabited by Romanian people, current description in the map ("Historical Romanian territories") is confusing and imply that these territories in the past belonged to the state of Romania, which is not a case with some of them. So, I suggest that description in the map is changed into "Territories with historic significance for Romanian people", which would not be confusing or misleading like the current one. You might be right, the description could be changed to "Territories with historic significance for Romanian people".

But since this map only resides on my userpage, is that worth the trouble (not that it would take long or anything)?

Well, it might only reside on your page in English Wikipedia, but even as such, it is part of Wikipedia project and could be easily found with google search engine: http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&um=1&sa=1&q=Romanian+Territories&btnG=Search+images Therefore, I suggest that its description is changed.
