Kosovo & Western Macedonia[edit]

Kosovo and Western Macedonia were part of the Italian occupation of Albania, this is not shown in the animated map. IJA (talk) 21:37, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Inaccuracies[edit]

Inaccuracies in image:
1) Italy is marked as axis member from beginning, actually it was neutral until June 1940
2) Vichy France is coloured same as Axis members, actually it was officially neutral and despite collaborating with Axis did not declare war on Allies
3) Greece should be marked as member of Allies since October 1940
4) Defeated Axis members like Romania, Bulgaria and Finland joined Allied side so they shouldn't be marked neutral
5) Liberated Allied members like Netherlands, Greece and Yugoslavia shouldn't be marked as neutrals.
There are probably more.--Staberinde (talk) 20:03, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'd say the colors are odd. Generally Red is used for the Axis while Blue is for the allies. 68.197.137.209 (talk) 21:27, 6 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Colors[edit]

What are the light red and light blue supposed to represent? -- Beland (talk) 20:36, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Baltic states[edit]

They are falsely portrayed on the map, since they were occupied in June 1940 and annexed in August 1940. H2ppyme (talk) 16:09, 9 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
