I am the copyright owner of the photo, and I clicked the licensing agreement when I submitted the photo.
The photo was taken by my first wife, at my direction and with my camera.

The purpose of those photos is publicity. Therefore, I checked the licensing agreement.

- As indicated in the notice on your talk page, you need to send a permission statement to OTRS for images which were used outside Wikipedia before they were uploaded here. If some images were taken by your wife, then your wife is presumably the copyright holder, so she needs to follow the instructions at WP:CONSENT.
