Colors[edit]

I think the colors on this should be modified. Black should be dark grey, whereas the white should be a light grey, since it is supposed to represent a garrison collar device, which has a shiny chrome finish. Changing the colors would bring the SVG in line with other rank ones. There should also be some shininess, a gloss, if you will, like the O-1, O-2, and O-3 SVG bars. Any thoughts on this?
