this may seem trivial, but i think that the colors should be changed to show the marked difference between a reasonable 5% unemployment rate (blue) to a crisis 20% unemployment rate (teal). i realize that this is why the map has a legend, but for the sake of easier absorpotion i think this would be a prudent move.
