I uploaded a new transparent version with the new Internet Explorer 9 icon at the minimum window resolution of 800x600. This is how it should stay any modifications such as additional items in the notification area, additional programs or change of color scheme cloud be considered a violation of the Microsoft educational screenshot licence. --Charles E.
