I stumbled across this diagram when several friends wanted to know what botnets were. They pointed me to this link and asked me to explain because I work in computer science and am familiar with security. Having said that, this may be the worst diagram on Wikipedia. To the layman, the face symbols are very confusing. It's clear that they are trying to express something, and perhaps once the diagram makes sense, then the labels do as well. However, diagrams should not operate that way; they should be self explanatory. Given that the diagram goes out of its way to not use text, it is only decipherable with the text annotation below it. It is clear that whoever designed this diagram knew what they were talking about. I am not questioning the information, but more the presentation. Clear diagrams to the _unfamiliar_ viewer are a necessity, and this diagram is not.
