The result of the move request was: page moved and moved again to 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division (United States). -- JHunterJ (talk) 14:01, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

4th Brigade (US 1st Infantry Division)4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division (United States) – Please move this page to the former redirect page for Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Infantry Division (United States). This move aligns the names with the rest of the division's brigades and other US divisions. Ryan.opel (talk) 03:56, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • I don't suppose it could be just (US), could it? There is a desire to keep titles as short as possible. Tony (talk) 06:28, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Valid point, but looking at Combat Aviation Brigade I would propose that uniformity be preserved. Alternatively I would suggest a move of all those pages to the (US) abbreviation would be an option to consider, alleviating both order and short title concerns. • Would a mass move upset people? I guess that's the thing that would make it not worth doing. Tony (talk) 08:40, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • For such a minor "fix" I highly doubt the community would be upset or opposed, but minor things do have a tendency of becoming larger...still I do not foresee any issue with it if it is a simple abbreviation measure. (Edit: Six articles would be changed, ending parenthetical sections only) Judicatus (talk) 08:47, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
