Close paraphrasing[edit]

Before I actually do a proper review of this article, there is a serious problem with close paraphrasing (or in some cases wholesale copying). I've listed a few examples in the table below, although I have not checked if this list is exhaustive. Please can you address this issue before I continue with the review - and by checking, I mean checking every sentence in the article, not just what I've listed in the table. If I understood you right, I should copy the sentences from the sources word-to-word as they appear there?--Вик Ретлхед (talk) 12:21, 22 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

No, the exact opposite. At the moment, there are a number of sentences that are very close or identical to the wording of the source. This constitutes plagiarism. All such sentences need to be edited so that they are written in your own words, with your own sentence structures, rather than in the words and sentence structures of the sources. Checked the other sentences in the "Reception" section, they look fine to me. Fixed four of the above mentioned, except for #4 and #6. Would appreciate some suggestions.--Вик Ретлхед (talk) 15:28, 22 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see how anything has been "fixed"? The article is pretty much just in the same state as when I posted my comments above. Moswento talky 07:35, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Well then, you can close the review as failed since I don't have an idea how to re-word the rest of the text. I hope it is higher than Start-class in its current condition.--Вик Ретлхед (talk) 14:30, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
