Is this article correct, or is it being confused with Antidisestablishmentarianism?

I think this article needs merging with Disestablishmentarianism, that is the position against establishmentarianism, not 'antiestablishmentarianism. VelvetCommuter (talk) 21:43, 12 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Redirects[edit]

I hope there are plenty of redirects for this, as there is no hope that anybody could spell it correctly!http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Don%27t_look_back_in_anger 16:24, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, rubbish. The spelling of this word is completely within the normal
English phonetic/spelling standards (such as they are), requiring no
"exceptions" to spell it correctly. Easy-peasy. Even the unjustifiably
famous antidisestablishmentarianism is spelled in conformance with the
hoary old phonetic spelling rules. :-) [This thread is kinda moribund,
but... oh, well.] Billvanalstyne (talk) 20:30, 22 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup[edit]

As of Feb. 24, 2012 I submitted an edit of the section "Modern day use" since the existing text looked like it could use some serious improvement. I also added the part about the term anti-establishment being used retroactively by historians to describe similar attitudes in pre-1960s periods. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.95.100.32 (talk) 00:28, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
