Altera C2H Info[edit]

I have a COI. If other editors are interested, here's some info on a commercial C to HDL converter: FCCM'06 article, related white paper, C2H web page. This converter respects C pointer semantics by generating memory-access masters. -- KerryVeenstra 01:00, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't this be included in the main article then? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.19.133.3 (talk) 09:50, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Be bold! The appropriate section appears to be Tool Examples and their Vendors. KerryVeenstra 17:17, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

GHDL is not a C to HDL tool[edit]

GHDL is a VHDL to C compiler that is used to simulate VHDL code. Maybe it's able to embed C code in the simulations, but as far as I know, it doesn't generate VHDL code from that C code. If that's the case, it should be removed from the list. -- 138.100.74.194 (talk) 08:54, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
