GA Reassessment[edit]

I am putting this article's GA status under reconsideration for failing to meet current good article criteria as part of WikiProject Good Articles quality task force. There are multiple issues that need to be addressed:

Multiple unsourced statements throughout the article.
Excessive coverage of plot, and lack of comprehensive information on overall development and impact
Poor prose, and issues with accessibility for those who have never played the games, let alone a video game more broadly.

I am leaving this on hold for 7 days, or as long as it takes for the concerns to be properly addressed, before failing the article. --Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs^(talk) 18:17, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
