The result of the move request was: Moved to Faiyaz Khan (tabla player)  — Amakuru (talk) 13:52, 8 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Faiyyaz KhanFaiyaz Khan – Significantly more common spelling (only one y) Nousernameworkstohellwiththat (talk) 13:06, 5 June 2019 (UTC) --Relisting. Steel1943 (talk) 17:21, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: Faiyaz Khan is an article about a different subject. Are we planning on moving that as well? As the move request stands at the present time, it is malformed since it does not consider what to do with the article currently at Faiyaz Khan.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, Steel1943 (talk) 17:21, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Nousernameworkstohellwiththat, PC78, and Ortizesp: See note above. Steel1943 (talk) 17:21, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Pass. I don't think I realised when I commented above so those Google search results probably won't be useful. Note that this article was previously at Fiyaz Khan until it was moved back in February. Perhaps the alternate spellings apply to both men? In terms of pageviews it is the other man (the classical vocalist) who appears to be primary, so maybe disambiguate this one? I've left a note at Wikipedia talk:Noticeboard for India-related topics. I think we may need some more input from knowledgeable users. PC78 (talk) 22:49, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'd be happy with that. PC78 (talk) 11:50, 6 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
