Ending the ambiguity[edit]

I rather like your edit, because it puts the onus, so to speak, on the city. This is how it should be, I think, because clearly the city is named for the body of water. But having disambiguated the city, I don't think it's necessary to further distinguish the bay. So what about this:

The Lower Fox ends after flowing through the city of Green Bay and into Green Bay, which is connected to Lake Michigan.

headwaters 'near' Pardeeville?[edit]

The source coordinates place the headwaters more like 13-14 miles northeast by east of Pardeeville. That's not near - almost across the county, as in drive to Pardeeville and expect to hike there - 13 miles is a long afternoon's hike! The problem is, nothing much is actually 'near' the headwaters. It's reasonably clear on a topo map of the area. The source is actually in the extreme northeast corner of Columbia County, in or very near Friesland. Friesland is pop. 356, nobody knows where that is. Sbalfour (talk) 04:11, 1 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Is this an "official" Superfund site?[edit]

It is mentioned within the article that the river is not an official Superfund site, but sources mention "superfund site." In addition, it is listed on the EPA website under the name FOX RIVER NRDA/PCB RELEASES GREEN BAY, WI, and appears to be designated as a Superfund site.
