Is it reasonably well written?

"first station on the Erie Railroad Main Line." - first in time or first in the geographic sequence of stations?

Please reword: "was replaced in 1911 with land donated by the widow of Edward Henry Harriman." - land cannot literally replace a station.

"In 1847, Ezra Cornell of Ithaca and Hiram Sibley of Rochester worked to expand telegraphic communication through the New York and Lake Erie Railroad right-of-way with the Western Union Telegraph Company.[7]" - In 1847, Cornell and Sibley were still rivals, so this sentence is not literally true. Ezra Cornell did operate telegraph companies in upstate New York, including Ithaca and Buffalo. So I suggest that you need to double check whether Cornell had a telegraph line to Harriman or whether Sibley had one, or both. For example, see The Story of Telecommunications By George P. Oslin or Dorf, Philip (1952). The Builder, A Biography of Ezra Cornell.

"Turners Station" - should the s be there or is it apostrophe s?
This has been an interesting problem, as Turner, Turners and Turner's have all been used. The town was called Turner, Turners was nearly as common, Turner's was not. I've run most of the article on Turner.Mitch32^{(Can someone turn on the damn air conditioning?)} 23:38, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please reword: "The engineer refused to take Minot's order, and instead, got into the cab car himself and drove the train himself to Port Jervis, hours ahead of the planned scheduled time of arrival.[10]" - The engineer is the subject of the sentence, but Minot drove the train.

"The old one-story depot had a collapsing roof and structural supports.[14]" - does this mean that it was designed to collapse like an umbrella, or it collapsed due to bad design or maintenance?

I fixed the ICC decision wording. (ICC orders were dated on their issuance not the date of the Commissioner's vote.)
