Isn't that quite retarded?

Also:

"... Herrenhaus refers to an institution similar to an upper house, one of two chambers of a bicameral legislature."

That's a pretty one-sided definition. There may be some upper houses with such a name, but the general term for such an institution would be 'Oberhaus'. Most German-speaking people in German-speaking countries would understand the German-language term 'Herrenhaus' to be some kind of manor house. --109.45.2.59 (talk) 07:13, 20 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
