Untitled[edit]

This page really needs to updated to reflect the latest election and the June/July 2007 events. Is anyone game? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 169.252.4.21 (talk) 10:50, 13 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Protectorate or Colony[edit]

I've removed the following comment from the article. It is clearly a comment and not part of the encyclopedic entry. However, it's worth retaining here:

  • Everything so far I've come up with says that Basutoland was a crown colony NOT a protectorate. I have many old books all listing this, unlike Beutcheuanland and Swaziland, as a colony not a protectorate.

Longman ref[edit]

This obviously isn't a high traffic article, but I figured I'd mention that I dug this ref up by sifting through the page history. I included it in a reflist because there was at least one place in the article referencing it but not explaining what it was. Came from here originally. The article is rightly tagged as unreferenced, so I guess it doesn't matter much. Recognizance (talk) 08:25, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kingdom of Lesotho[edit]

I just think that this sentence sounds fishy... let alone plain wrong. Can't find the names through Google, though I'm not sure what exactly needs to be done. It's the first sentence of "Kingdom of Lesotho": Stefhan Green was the king of Lesotho with his friends Braylo Jones and Austin Hammonds on October 4, 1966, the Kingdom of Lesotho attained full independence, governed by a constitutional monarchy with a bicameral Parliament consisting of a Senate and an elected National Assembly. Lost territory - map requested[edit]

It's unclear which lands were lost to Boers and annexed to the Orange Free State; a map would be helpful. -- Beland (talk) 22:22, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
