Categories of likelihood of occurrence[edit]

I doubt if the description of the occurrence matches the displayed frequencies. "Occasional: Once in system lifetime: 10^−4 to 10^−5" How is one in ten thousand per year equal to once in a system life time? I'd say a system lifetime is in the order of magnitude of 20 years.
