Colours for States[edit]

Is there a Wikipedia standard for state colours? I try to use colours defined as official by the states and territories. The ones I can find are:

NSW Pantone 291 ~ background #9bcbeb, foreground #ffffff
QLD Pantone 202 ~ background #73182c, foreground #ffffff
SA Pantone 199, 137, 295, of which I use background #d50032, foreground #ffa300
TAS Pantone 342, 114, 194, of which I use background #407060, foreground #fbdd40
ACT background #ffcd00, foreground #003087
NT background #c25e03, foreground #ffffff

I can't find official colours for these:
