Oak Park station (Illinois) and Oak Park railway station (Australia) are very poorly disambiguated. These don't appear to be official names of any sort, but rather WP:NDESC names that we assigned them based on a naming pattern. Therefore, the presence or absence of the word "railway" is not sufficient to distinguish between the two stations. I propose moving both articles away from the base title and redirecting Oak Park railway station to Oak Park station (which will become a disambiguation page). My choice of disambiguators is guided by Category:Metra stations in Illinois and Category:Railway stations in Melbourne. King of ♥ 06:30, 26 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Pi.1415926535: Can I get your opinion on this? Cards84664 19:10, 26 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support: It's generally best to disambiguate the "station"/"railway station" pairs - I believe we've done that previously. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 21:47, 26 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom. Indeed, these are very poorly disambiguated.--Tdl1060 (talk) 08:12, 27 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support The current setup is confusing and should be corrected as suggested by nom. Trainsandotherthings (talk) 10:56, 27 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
