Phoenix Foundation "For Research"?[edit]

Rather than just the "Phoenix Foundation", is it not known as the Phoenix Foundation For Research? This is what is worded on their headquarters in a number of episodes, although it is mostly referred only as the "Phoenix Foundation" when spoken by a character in the series. --Poet  Talk  07:32, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Correct. As per human nature we find it easier to say "Phoenix Foundation" or even "Phoenix" rather than saying "Phoenix Foundation for Research." Its a lot easier to remember something short and sweet instead of long and drawn out. Any thing else??? Just ask away at my talk page! Dockofusa (talk) 13:22, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
My next question would be whether or not the article gets changed to reflect the actual name of the organization, or simply the one that human nature leads us towards? --Poet  Talk  03:53, 22 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Different divisions of the foundation[edit]

There are several divisions of the phoenix foundation, including a Western Hemisphere division to name one. I can't remember seeing any other divisions, but they should be listed along with what they were known for (Western was known for their genetic research of plants and hazardous substances, along with nuclear missile defusing for example). --Poet  Talk  07:33, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, unfortunately, we never really learn about all of the divisions. small parts/divisions surface from time to time but nothing really definite. Any other Q's? ask away @ my talk page. Dockofusa (talk) 13:24, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
