As part of Wikipedia:WikiProject Good articles' Project quality task force, I have re-reviewed this article to ensure compliance with current good article criteria. Due to that review, I have decided to delist the article as it fails current criteria. The most pressing issues are that there are large numbers of nonfree images in violation of crit. #6 and WP:NFCC. These images are being used merely as illustrative decoration, and do not have critical commentary needed to justify their use.
The second big issue is that massive swaths of the article are unreferenced. Part of this may be due to fanboys adding information on their favorite platformers and not sourcing it, but either way it needs to be dealt with. Another issue is that many parts of the article read as if they were laundry list of games without synthesis, but that's a secondary issue. If you can improve the article, please do; the article can be nominated again at WP:GAN anytime it meets the criteria. --Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs (talk) 21:35, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
