Official PS3 Bluetooth Blu-ray remote[edit]

Sony has very recently replaced this accessory with a new, significantly different version. The new remote adds multi-device functionality by providing many new buttons for controlling TV and AMP (home theater or A/V receiver). I assume, therefore, that it has an IR emitter in addition to the Bluetooth transceiver. It might (or not) also be relevant to note in the article (which I'm too shy to write, by the way) the equipment compatibility. Some initial reports (which I have not verified) indicate (see, I use too many weasel words to write the entry anyway), the TV portion is multi-brand programmable, but the AMP functions may only be compatible with Sony equipment.97.83.155.139 (talk) 15:32, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not familiar with this new version, but it certainly seems notable. Could you post a link so we can check it out? Alphathon /'æɫfə.θɒn/ (talk) 16:13, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

fun times had by unhappy folk[edit]

they leave out the hundred dollar headset that is obviously a ps3 only accessory, where most other things can be used with other platforms. The ps3 headset, which costs the above price, can also be used by computers and the like. They should include this device, since its been out for how long?

all i need to say now is stop being fuck ups and pay attention to what is going on. If you can't, don't write anything. Thank you, and kill yourselves. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.65.35.23 (talkcontribs) 23:20, 29 January 2012 (UTC+0)

Or, how about you add it yourself? There is no "they" who are in charge of the page (in fact if there were, they'd be in violation of Wikipedia policy per WP:OWN). Wikipedia is a collaborative project that can be edited by anyone. If you can't add it yourself, don't attack others, just ask for some who can to do it. Oh, and I really don't think encouraging suicide for failing to add an accessory to Wikipedia article is appropriate (and may well be grounds to ban your IP, at least temporarily).
