Rights of the Accused Pre-Trial ScotlandPre-trial rights of the accused in Scots law – Conform with WP:TITLE, particularly regarding capitalisation and naturalness. Hairy Dude (talk) 13:07, 5 May 2021 (UTC) Relisting. ~ Aseleste (t, e | c, l) 14:14, 12 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Might be simpler to rename to Rights of the accused in Scots law as the article content could possibly apply during the trial, and not clearly only "pre-trial". Dl2000 (talk) 21:06, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Support the proposed title per MOS:CAPS. The current title in lower-case would also be fine. Primergrey (talk) 17:08, 13 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support per nom. The current title is awful and grammatically incorrect. -- Necrothesp (talk) 10:01, 14 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
