The article appears to be inconsistent in presenting the name of the road, with the article title being "River Road Scenic Byway", the infobox saying "River Road National Scenic Byway", and the lead just saying "River Road". Is it possible to make this consistent?

Is it possible for the route description and recreational opportunities sections to be switched?

"Visitors can enjoy the lush forest and panoramic vistas from the many scenic overlooks along the route." sounds very promotional. Can some of the adjectives be removed?
