Ownership[edit]

This channel is owned by "Moving Movies Limited" - with the majority of "Moving Movies Limited" owned by "Charts Show Channels Limited" (and likely Dolphin TV being another owner). The broadcasting license is owned by Dolphin TV, with Charts Show Channels Limited operating True Movies. --Revolt 11:21, 30 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Updated[edit]

I've updated this article as it was dated, and also removed some of the excessive parts on how the channel first appeared (they aren't needed and can be found elsewhere on Wikipedia). Also the fact that it is mainly a woman's aimed channel was never mentioned. The channel no longer "tops ratings of the premium Sky Movies channels" (some people were still taking this as the gospel) and hasn't done so for some time. As of Feb 2007 - Sky Movies is 0.5%, Film4 is 0.6%, True Movies is 0.1%. If it changes then it can be added in the future. --Revolt 19:45, 5 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Female viewer?[edit]

There must be some reliable source that says "the channel is aimed especially at the female viewer". If a citation isn't added, however, that will have to go. Scolaire (talk) 21:21, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
