Prince Philip[edit]

Prince Philip and House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg[edit]

Prince Philip is patrilineally a member of the House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, and only adopted the name "Mountbatten" when he became a naturalised British citizen. His mother was a member of the House of Battenberg. I've mentioned this in the footnote regarding Prince Philip. Sotakeit (talk) 11:57, 4 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
