This stub template has never been applied to institutions in Hong Kong or Macao. It is intended to cover only those in mainland China. (Some in Taiwan were mistakenly tagged though. But they are all fixed.) " use discussion before chaning the scope of stub categories. " [1] - The scope has never been changed.
