Council of Europe instead of members[edit]

I renamed the template not to use "members of" because most templates of internationaonal organizations don't and it's useless as this template is in most (probably all) cases in the international membership box. I've also added flag which is the same as EU flag and it's not a mistake.--Pethr 02:00, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
