Shouldn't the parameter |subcat=mcdy in music be replaced with |subcat=mcdy compositions? If yes, the [[Category:mcdy works]] can then be omitted.
This would also require that a template like this, say Template:CompositionsByYear, be created for all [[Category:mcdy compositions]] (see Category:Compositions by year). Such a template should then place every [[Category:mcdy compositions]] in [[Category:mcdy in music]] which is currently missing. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 12:36, 26 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
