Papal tiaras[edit]

@Chicbyaccident: Listing all of the tiaras individually is out of all proportion to their importance. Most of the articles are stubs or don't exist. One link to Tiara where we already have it under Vestments is sufficient. The links to List and Decoration are particularly unmerited. This template should have a sense of proportion.

In fact, WP would be much improved if all the info in these entries were merged into a single article called Papal tiara. See, for example, Crown Jewels of the United Kingdom. There are links from there only to items that merit their own entry. The fact that something exists does not mean it merits an entry on WP and does not mean it should be included here as a separate listing.

The Austrian Tiara is not the Pallium. It's not even the Umbraculum. Bmclaughlin9 (talk) 00:33, 30 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Alright, I see your arguments. But could you then please restore Template:Papal tiaras? Chicbyaccident (talk) 07:47, 30 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
