Territories?[edit]

An editor has added Puerto Rico to this template a couple of times. Being that PR is not a state, I don't belive that it belongs on this template as currently constituted. That said, would others agree that a second section for territories would make a good addition? I was playing around with adding it, but I figured getting input from others might be a good idea first. The other problem I had is, outside of the Capitol of Puerto Rico and the John A. Wilson Building in DC, the other territories' capitols don't seem to have articles, so they may have to be created. oknazevad (talk) 07:20, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
