Title 21 is the portion of the United States Code that governs food and drugs.

It is divided into 25 chapters:

This chapter contains the Controlled Substances Act, a part of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970. See 21 U.S.C. ch.13.
